We’re excited to welcome exhibitors to our three incredible shows in 2025

  • The Great British Fibre Festival: 7th & 8th June

  • Stitch Fest by the Sea: 5th & 6th July

  • Stitch Fest South West: 1st & 2nd November

 

This is your chance to showcase your business to a vibrant community of yarn and fibre enthusiasts at some of the UK’s most celebrated craft events.

We particularly welcome exhibitors selling tools, books, yarny gifts, kits and notions. Although we absolutely love our indie dyer exhibitors, we believe that our show visitors want more of a balance. For 2025, we will be limiting the number of Indie Dyers that we will be accepting in each of our shows.

Join Us at Stitch Fest Craft Shows 2025!

How to Apply

Step 1: Submit Your Application

Send us your application to be considered for one, two, or all three of our 2025 shows. Our streamlined process allows you to manage your details, upload images, and update insurance and risk assessments all in one place.

Step 2: Wait for Confirmation

Once we’ve reviewed your application, we’ll send you an email confirming your stand allocation. At this point, you’ll be able to complete your booking and access your invoice.

⦾ Please note: Your stand is not secured until you receive confirmation and submit your payment.

Become An Exhibitor Club Member 

Exclusive Discounts for Exhibitors Club Members 

  • Exhibitor Club Members: Enjoy a 15% discount on your stand fee.

  • Rebooking Discount: Returning exhibitors save 10% on the same show as the previous year.

We’ll always apply the largest discount available to you, but only one discount can be applied at a time.

First-Time Exhibitors

New exhibitors will pay a £10 admin fee with their first application, which will be credited toward their stand cost upon acceptance.

Eligibility Criteria

Each show has unique criteria, so please ensure your products align with the focus of the event(s) you’re applying to:

The Great British Fibre Festival

  • Use predominantly natural British fibres.

  • Offer ethical, sustainable products with transparent production methods.

  • Provide items with a low carbon footprint and biodegradable packaging.

Stitch Fest South West & Stitch Fest by the Sea

We welcome exhibitors whose products include:

  • Wool, yarn, and fibre containing no more than 25% manmade fibres.

  • Craft items, kits, or haberdashery for wool or natural fibre crafts.

  • Gifts directly linked to these craft pursuits (e.g., knitting-themed items).

Please Note:

  • Space sizes are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Payment for your first show is required in full, while future bookings may be paid in two instalments.

  • If changes are made close to the event (90 days for exhibitor lists, 60 days for brochures), please email us to ensure we have the most up-to-date information.
